Driving Services and Running Errands
Imagine what you could do…..if there were two of you.  Need to be at an appointment, but forgot the brownies for the PTA meeting? We get it! HDI Group understands needing to be in two places at the same time. While we are NOT Uber, we can run errands and drive clients to their destinations.  For individual needs, please contact our office.

Residential Project Management
For those who remember the TV show “Charles-in-charge,” it’s kind of like that. HDI Group has professionals that can help manage home projects from renovation and restoration to home technology installation, or simply waiting on the cable guy. We manage vendors and projects, staying at your home so you don’t have to. This is a project-based service lasting 4 hours or 4 months.

House Management
Assisting the homeowner in daily or weekly operations regarding any operational task of the home(s) or home office(s).  We help our clients maximize their existing personnel whether through staff allocation, maintenance of the grounds, facilities, or overall professional management.  We schedule and prepare meetings through software and technology requests, run reports, generate reports, and oversee budget requests. Need assistance with AP/AR and Payroll deadlines? No problem! HDI offers customized software programs and applications for ease of use for most devices.  On a personal note, we assist in travel plans, make arrangements and airport runs, help with personal shopping and entertainment schedules. HDI also knows how to throw a great party – from planning to hosting requirements, and catering (except for weddings).

Meeting Support
Meeting support is a project-based service that equips the homeowner with needed technology so the meeting goes smoothly. Normally these meetings are on the upper management level and need transcription of minutes, executive reporting and report generation – live, or in real-time. If you are traveling and do not have the technology to set this up, HDI Group will.  HDI Group can also meet a contractor, realtor, client, vendor on the premises when you cannot.

Professional Personal Assistant
HDI Group will provide a personal assistant that reports directly to the homeowner. This personal assistant will work between your office setting and home. He/she also assists with schedule management, social invitations, gifting, and organizational tasks. Our drivers help with clients’ errands, doctor visits, shopping, pickups and deliveries, house sitting, pet sitting, and kid sitting when needed. This service is project-based and not a one-time run.
